I would make sure you have a basic small business package with at least $500k in liability coverage, but a million would be better. This shouldn't cost that much. In addition, you may want to consider HR liability coverage which is generally not included in your basic package. This would protect in case you had an issue with a current or former employee. Addi tonally, you will need to have workman's comp to cover the employees.
When you shop for these or any insurance coverages, you should take the time to have the agent review the policy with you, page by page, for what is and is not covered. This way you can decide if you have covered the risks you are concerned about. It will also give you some insight as to how qualified your agent is.
